Aldo is anxiously preparing a dinner for his parents. He hasn’t seen
them in a long time. His thoughts and reflections, alternating between
the comic and the dramatic, allow us to follow his attempt to hide from
himself what has already happened in reality. He conjures up his family,
who appear on stage from time to time, reconsructing his past and
inducing him to ackowledge the terrible thing he has done.
